Written by Nathaniel Sverlow

dead leaves and memories loneliness is the gift or so I’ve heard isolation is the space between god’s thighs emptiness is the asshole in us all or so I’ve heard but I’ve climbed these apartment walls enough to leav.png

tired woman washing dishes wrinkled hands wrinkled eyes wrinkled thoughts folding and unfolding upon her sagging skin, once linen for her child her grandchild, now a sponge to soak in to scrub away all that remains.png

the embankment of my mind is flooded with sea water a new death a new beginning wrapped in seaweed and foolish eyes closed and foolish mouth closed and foolish heart closed fused glass for pain sand-dollar drea (1).png

looking for a fight the days have cut me open the nights have left me to die I chew grave dirt like cud waiting for my one shining moment fear is absurd death is better than dying and dying is better than lonel (1).png
